I'm leaving!
Initially very happy but the recent price hike has made me request my PAC code. As soon as my new SIM arrives I'm leaving to go to a rival network. Whilst with Tello service and coverage was good so no real complaints there. However I get very angry when you sign up with a provider and within months they put the price up. If you think about it, they do this a lot. It's not acceptable and it's happened so many times now that it's not a coincidence.

I found Tello by mistake when changing my mobile sim provider. Fantastic price , excellent customer service , easy to get through to. Clear and easy to use website and clear price plans. Recommended it to my friend and she uses to. Only reason got 4 stars not 5 is reception in my new build house not very good . When I am out excellent reception Highly recommend

Good value for money, fantastic customer service.
I use tello for ringing my dad in thailand, they are one of a few companies that do overseas mobile packages and tbh whilst they may not be the cheapest they have been totally stress free for me. My dad is in thailand for 9 months a year and I phone him every other day, I have a £10 a month rolling contract which gives me 500 mins to thailand which is totally sufficient for my needs, To date I have not ever used up the 500 mins, unfortunatley the mins do not roll over. When my dad is here for the 3 months a year he uses the tello international mins to ring his wife, that way I never have to cancel the contract. I have phoned customer service on 3 seperate occasions and each time the customer service representaives have acted proffesionaly,friendly and have dealt with all my problems and queries with much haste, by far one of the best mobile phone customer reps I have had the pleasure of dealing with, They also answer the phone very quickly, in the 3 times that I have phoned each call was answered within seconds. All in all a fantastic service, fantastic customer service with good value for money.

Mainly good with a couple of reservations
I've subscribed to Tello for three months now and it has given me a flexible balance between the extremes of long-term contracts and pay-as-you-go bundles. I'm not 100% confident in it as I know on one occasion that a text indicated as 'sent' was never received. The control I have over my package is very straightforward, but I don't use any data and yet I am still forced to add a data plan to my subscription cost for some reason. I'm also rather confused by the pay-as-you-go credit system which is necessary for some features to work. I also tried the Tello app on my tablet as it indicates that it can send sms messages, but it cannot, which is a shame as I could then have given up my Skype account and switched to Tello completely. In terms of signal coverage I haven't gained, as my signal strength has remained the same (low) in the main places I use my phone. So far though, I'm very happy to have switched from Orange/EE to Tello.
